[03:45] arraybolt3[m] (or anyone) if you have time & can, a Secure-uEFI setup (any full-disk install from list) would be appreciated; VM is okay [03:46] * guiverc hasn't done a BIOS full disk install, but I did one yesterday & have done a few BIOS installs without issue today on RC (about to start another; just not full.disk install) [03:47] * guiverc means focal.5 (20.04.5) ^ [04:43] Sounds like a plan, will try to do! [05:12] [telegram] Also ran a quick BIOS +another lang install - no prob..unable to run secure boot - sorry [05:13] thanks @Leokolb, I'll run a full.disk install on bios tomorrow anyway (likely more too), but expecting it clean.. I'm a bit tied up ATM, but I will be doing the test shortly. [05:15] thanks arraybolt3[m] , there is NO HURRY with it.. I'm not concerned... [05:26] [telegram] Yes - thanks arraybolt3[m] -tks for jumping in..:) [05:26] 👍️ [05:26] guiverc, @Leokolb: ^ [05:56] guiverc: Secure boot installation of focal.5 in a VM, no error during installation, installed system booted right up. Firefox worked, shutdown and start back up worked. Looks good! [05:57] (And I am very sure Secure Boot was enabled - checked journalctl for the "Secure boot enabled" and "Kernel is locked down" messages, both of which were present.) [06:00] thanks arraybolt3[m] , appreciated.
