[22:34] <mmikowski> RikMills: We may have some results that are useful for this effort. @Eickmeyer mentioned we are already effectively using the same packages as found in 22.04 LTS at https://kfocus.org/try, and that has been tested extensively (Desktop and Hardware).  So maybe we might list all package versions and compare to ensure that assessment is correct.

[22:37] <mmikowski> How I would like to forget :)  We just finished a round of HW testing on the latest kernel update for 20.04.  It looks good, btw.

[22:43] <mmikowski> Same HW tests as before with more peripheral empahsis. Tests passed include screen connections, microphone, hdmi, mouse, keyboard, bluetooth, audio. Also tested to ensure all function survive sleep/resume. Can send you detailed logs as before. In fact, could probably just add you to project and you could fetch logs on your own, if you are interested.

[23:17] <mparillo> The Encrypted release expects you to click on release notes. In the newer releases, it launches a pretty ugly kate editing session. But in FF, it seems to do nothing at all.

[23:33] <mparillo> After clicking done, it really took a long time to let go, but it eventually did. Rebooted, and will smoke test, and pass the test case.
