Are the engines included in the gtk-common-themes? [21:45] I actually am using the themes from gtk-common-themes, but I'm including the engines from gtk2-common-themes: [21:46] snapcraft snippet of plugs https://www.irccloud.com/pastebin/PWiKLs1p/ [22:13] ok, I'm building a test without the gtk2-common-themes plug [22:22] I don't know [22:27] the engines aren't in the gtk-common-themes snap - I'm pulling the build for them across from the gtk2-common-themes snap and building them in the audacity build [22:32] diddledani: doesn't audacity use GTK3 though? [22:33] not yet, it doesn't [22:34] diddledani: jammy's audacity looks like it uses gtk3 [22:34] then jammy is doing it wrong :-) [22:34] audacity explicitly state that gtk3 is unsupported and likely to cause issue [22:35] gtk2 causes issues too 🤷 [22:37] is jammy also using in-repo wxwidgets rather than audacity's hacked version? (their wxwidgets is also a requirement they mandate) [22:39] yes, I believe so [22:39] aah it's not a hacked version - they mandate 3.1.3 of wxwidgets which isn't in the repo: "wxWidgets: While Audacity on Linux uses vanilla version of wxWidgets, we require that version 3.1.3 is used. This version is not available in most of the distributions." [22:39] Debian stopped building wxwidgets for gtk2 many years ago so gtk2 hasn't really been an option for the deb === Eickmeyer is now known as NotEickmeyer
