[04:34] I don't know if this is a silly idea or not, but it appears that the DKMS update required to allow DKMS and Secure Boot to work properly together in Kinetic is still stuck in -proposed. This resulted in a small problem for me earlier tonight while installing a Kinetic system, as installing all of the updates before installing the WiFi drivers still didn't give me working WiFi. Since we considered respinning the ISOs and including [04:34] the fix in Kinetic but then decided not to, would it be a good idea to push the update the rest of the way through if that's a thing that can be done? (FWIW I just verified that the fix does indeed work by installing it from -proposed and then purging and reinstalling my WiFi driver.) [07:29] arraybolt3[m], maybe saying that on the bug report, and tagging SRU people might help? [08:19] LocutusOfBorg: This may sound silly, but I don't know how to "tag SRU people". Do you mean to subscribe the SRU team to the bug report, or...? [12:40] apw: that could be the true but the bug is not formatted like an SRU should be [12:44] bdrung, right it is not "ready" for sru now.
