I have a Google Compute Engine server, and for the past several months I have been unable to apt update/upgrade packages from ppa.launchpad.net/ppa.launchpadcontent.net. Ping from the server is failing, nslookup finds it, traceroute fails after swp10.il3-core1.canonical.com. Any ideas on where to start looking? I
