I can use hostapd and dnsmasq but I much prefer to manage it with the gui, well, I don't know either way would be good. However network-manager appears to fail to establish the wireless completely. It might work with ad-hoc mode but that doesn't connect in my case because android devices don't like them, I suspect. Can I try anything?
