[19:23] <thewalker> I would appreciate any help since this this is the 7th time trying to get open(pain)stack to work closest thing I got was by devstack but it stopped working after a simple reboot :\

[19:44] <ahasenack> haven't installed. Two choices basically: a) check in the snap if there are options for configuring storage (might need to ask somewhere in https://discourse.charmhub.io/search?q=microstack)
[19:44] <ahasenack> b) figure out where it uses its storage, and mount your second disk there before installing microstack
[19:44] <ahasenack> symlinks usually won't work with snaps, because of apparmor
[19:45] <ahasenack> there may be a 3rd option which is to configure the storage driver of openstack to use the bigger disk, as a post-install thing. Depends on what you mean by "I want microstack to use the 30TB disk", if it's data, or the runtime

[20:47] <thewalker> also I am not sure if this is the right venue to report bugs, but my fresh installation of ubunu gave me error when configuring microstack with loop device
