Can someone please help me_ I don' t know how to install this distro [16:37] "Hello. Can someone please help..." <- I would highly recommend not deleting that FAT32 partition. [16:37] Unless you know it only contains your own files. [16:37] It might be an EFI system partition otherwise. [16:37] And if you delete that... you will not be happy (computer will refuse to boot thereafter). It's fixable but tricky. [16:59] if it's an efi part wouldn't it be quite small anyway? [17:00] 513 MiB seems pretty small. [17:03] mine is 100MB and is clearly labeled as EFI system [17:10] after a 22.4 install I have a fat32 efi of 100M, an "unknown" - microsoft reserved, an ntfs for win data and an ntfs recovery as well as my ext4 for linux. [17:11] I am not sure the windows even boots at this point with out resetting the bios [17:12] (resetting the bios means various parts won't work in linux... like the touch pad or booting) [17:16] yeah the installer doesn't show as much info as the partition manager [17:17] FrankfurtHelzing: maybe for doing the install use the partition manager to look at things. It seems to give more information about partitions than the installer does. [17:17] s/for/before/ === oerheks1 is now known as oerheks
