We need to watch for this because it is a bug. Jack should be able to run while pw does. Packaging should not interfere with that. [20:07] I believe I ran into this with openSUSE back last cycle during testing. [20:07] OvenWerks: Speaking to the Debian folks, they understand the technical stance that Jack and PW can be installed together (and have read the docs that state as such), so I think we're safe. [20:07] If not, I can file a very loud bug like I did with pulse and pw-pulse. [20:08] Eickmeyer: I have suggested it may be a good thing to create something like zita-pjbridge [20:09] not peanut butter and jam but pipewire and jack [20:09] It would be wonderful. [20:09] PB&J sounds fire right now (it's lunch time and I'm getting hungry) [20:10] Now I'm getting hungry :P [20:11] * arraybolt3 wonders if PB and maple syrup can be put in a hot dog bun [20:12] Sounds like an odd flavor choice. [20:13] Peanut butter and maple syrup? They actually go together really well. [20:13] But then again I seem to make a *lot* of odd flavor choices. [20:13] Yeah, but on a pancake, not on a hot dog bun. [20:13] A hot dog bun is just bread. [20:13] A pancake isn't bread, it's buttermilk. [20:13] Works well on plain white bread too. [20:14] smh [20:14] You do you. [20:14] I may or may not have said this before, but my dad thinks my choices of flavors are so weird that, if he eats something and immediately thinks "No", he then thinks "Hey, my son will love this!" XD [20:15] That's pretty telling. [20:17] (Gah, I just actually tried to `:q` out of gitk...) [20:17] Your vim is leaking. [20:17] This is probably where people got the idea to make Emacs into an operating system. [20:17] lol re vim is leaking === wonko is now known as bhechinger [23:41] Eickmeyer[m]: on second thought... it might be a pain opening two different libraries with exactly the same calls...
