[05:12] <vorlon> so here's a hairy one.  python-libzim in lunar requires zimlib >= 8.1.0 to build. zimlib 8.1.0 was reverted in Debian and is now at version 8.1.0+really8.0.0 in Debian testing and lunar-proposed.  python-libzim 2.1.0 did not make it into Debian testing before the revert so is now blocked in unstable; so we somehow need to do a revert of python-libzim that Debian did not
