[21:00] <IrcsomeBot> <DarinMiller> I think hotspot might be broken in 22.10 w/backports PPA....  Though my device is AP capabe, HotSpot is not working.  In the past, deleting the default hotspot and recreating used would "fix" the issue. However, 2 boxes with 22.10 are refusing to create a stable hotspot connection.  Looks lie a bug report is needed..
