[09:11] <cjwatson> surfzoid: That's not how it works.  You can delete those yourself, but you can never reuse the same version for a given package in a given archive (it wouldn't matter whether you deleted it or whether I did)
[09:12] <cjwatson> surfzoid: If all you want to do is to use a version that compares less than the one that's currently there, you can just delete the current thing yourself to get it out of the way.  If you want to reuse a version that's already been used for something else, you can't, you have to use a different version
