Some of them had but they were just showing us that you should sign the contributing agreement license. I don't think that this is enough information to be provided in the contributing guide.
[06:34] <ibilalkayy> I went into many issues tabs also and they were directing us to https://opensource.guide/. This is a basic guide to contribute to any project. I think that each repository should contain a separate contributing guide specific to that repository.
