[10:06] <effendy[m]> Hello. I've been trying to solve an issue with cloudinit which starts sshd too early. So what I did was to add an early "systemctl stop ssh" using "bootcmd" And at the end I added a "runcmd" with "systemctl stop start", which is supposed to be running in the final stage of cloudinit. Unfortunately the server doesn't start at all in this case and I'm not sure why. Maybe someone has some idea as to how I could go around this issue.

[11:45] <effendy[m]> It seems that runcmd does work after a while, but the delay is huge. I've no idea when it runs, I can't see anything in the cloudinit logs. Maybe it's waiting for something, but cloud-init itself seems to have finished. The problem is that with this solution, the provisioning in total takes around 9 minutes instead of about 4:30
