In KDE, when you map tablet buttons to keys in "Graphic Tablet" settings, under Input device settings in the system settings applet, the input does not register buttons being held down; just one instantaneous key "click." This creates problems with certain functions, such as a radial menu plugin that requires input be held down to stay onscreen. I AM able to get this to work manually through xsetwacom commands in
