Everything was working well except kcalc and discover, where the color scheme was not followed properly. I copied-pasted the dracula color scheme as kdeglobal at ~/.config/ based on a suggestion on the Lubuntu forum, and after a reboot, kcalc started to follow the dracula color scheme but discover is still like this.
