[00:20] <Eickmeyer> @RikMills: I believe I may have figured out what's going on, and it comes back to polkitd-pkla. libkpmcore12 is required by partitionmanager, which installs /usr/share/polkit1/actions/org.kde.kpmcore.externalcommand.policy, and is one of those old pkla files.
