It appears to be associated with the UEFI dbx update to 371 on a X570 UD motherboard with mantic. The "sudo fwupdmgr refresh" and "sudo fwupdmgr get-updates" appears to show it was successfully applied.
[18:39] <howarth> I'm also seeing the Ubuntu Software app constantly 'forgetting' all of the installed software.
[18:40] <howarth> Briefly I got those Installed entries back by reinstalling the snaps from the Software Updates app after deinstalling them. However they disappeared again later on.
