[14:15] if you need any info (like the hook's config) let me know [14:16] please yea that'd be good [14:18] as I understand, you had some temporary issues whilst some of launchpad was borked, then actual errors after right? [14:18] yes [14:18] the http get is: [14:18] https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/request.cgi?release=jammy&arch=amd64&package=systemd-upstream&build-git=https%3A%2F%2Fsalsa.debian.org%2Fsystemd-team%2Fsystemd.git%23upstream-ci&ppa=upstream-systemd-ci/systemd-ci&env=CFLAGS=-O0%3BDEB_BUILD_PROFILES=noudeb%3BTEST_UPSTREAM=1%3BCONFFLAGS_UPSTREAM=--werror%20-Dslow-tests%3Dtrue [14:19] we get back error 400, with text: "You submitted an invalid request: Missing field in JSON data: 'ppa'" [14:19] but ppa= is there as you can see, I had a look at https://git.launchpad.net/autopkgtest-cloud/tree/charms/focal/autopkgtest-web/webcontrol/request/submit.py#n144 and it might not like the ppa, but dunno why, it is here: https://launchpad.net/~upstream-systemd-ci/+archive/ubuntu/systemd-ci [14:22] that's pretty much it, the github webhook is configured with json and ssl, and to run on PR, there were no changes there [14:22] Hmmm this is weird because the changes I introduced yesterday don't have anything to do with checking keyword arguments [14:23] let me do a bit of digging. [14:23] thanks, let me know if you need anything else [14:48] bluca: Could you please resubmit the request? [14:52] It's not an issue on your end, I know what the problem is but I need a traceback to investigate further, recently introduced an "all exception handler" in the app for tidyness but it masks the actual traceback now :melt: [14:55] a new PR was opened 1 minute ago and the jobs are showing up [14:56] do you see that one? or do you need another trigger? [14:56] it triggered at 14:52:50 UTC [14:59] And the request failed or no? [15:00] I don't see any new failures in the logs... [15:01] it succeeded [15:01] while until ~30 minutes ago they still all failed, so whatever you changed, it fixed it :) [15:02] ah, new PR two minutes ago, and this one failed [15:02] again with 400 and ppa [15:02] can you check if you see this? [15:03] triggered at 15:00:43 [15:05] Yeah I see, that's helpful, thanks [15:06] it's weird that one went through before this one? [15:06] I haven't touched anything in the webhooks [15:08] The app checks running.json. There's an error parsing the file - right now when there are no systemd-upstream requests (or any github requests) running, the check for the file is fine. When there are systemd tests already running, the function checks for a field in the file which is incorrectly parsing the file. So in summary your webhooks will work as long as there's no systemd-upstream requests currently running :) [15:08] I will disable the check to unblock you. When I have a hotfix, I'll implement it and let you know :) [15:09] ah I see, that sounds fun eheh [15:10] thank you very much for your help [15:10] np [15:10] let me know if I need to change the webhook config in any way [15:10] I don't need to keep compat if there's some new option needed, I can just update them [15:15] you don't need to change anything on your end dw, but thanks. I've removed the check now. [16:12] bluca: I've added an actual hotfix now, let me know if you have any issues from now on (as of 2 mins ago) [16:20] got another "Missing field in JSON data" at 16:12:17, was that before or after the change? [16:23] Thanks for letting me know, I'll disable it and try another fix [16:33] @pilot in === ChanServ changed the topic of #ubuntu-devel to: Archive: Mantic post-Beta Freeze | Devel of Ubuntu (not support) | Build failures: http://qa.ubuntuwire.com/ftbfs/ | #ubuntu for support and discussion of Bionic-Lunar | Patch Pilots: ahasenack [19:56] bdmurray: hi, do you know if the DEP8 needs-internet restriction is observed in the ubuntu dep8 infrastructure? === liushuyu1 is now known as liushuyu [21:01] @pilot off [21:01] (pilot ) -- Set yourself as in or out of patch pilot.
