And the mantic version needs adjusting, otherwise it won't upgrade to noble [13:40] could you reupload mantic as 253.5-1ubuntu6.1? [13:40] then it's all good [13:40] wdyt? [13:41] Wouldn't just syncing from mantic-proposed (if accepted) be sufficient? That was my original plan. [13:41] If not, I can certainly do what you suggest [13:42] I think that was the way out when noble wasn't open yet, now I think it's best to adjust the version. [13:43] ahasenack: ack, will do that now. Thanks! [13:45] rbasak: yeah, the "modified files" thing is definietely unrelated to git-ubuntu but they were the last straw yesterday and made me prefer going to bed :P (I need to get back to it now though :) ) [14:13] enr0n: I see the mantic upload, thx, on it [14:13] ahasenack: great, thanks! [14:49] I gave up and cloned the repository in a new directory; no issue (but I need to dig deeper into that directory thing) === rkratky__ is now known as rkratky === scott_ is now known as Scotty_Trees [19:15] lvoytek, ahasenack: on bug 2004676, it sounds like Andreas was expecting a PKCS #11 based test to ensure that the engine support doesn't regress, but I don't see any further plans on that in the bug. For example, was someone planning on verifying this first, or adding it to the Test Plan? Are you expecting something different? [19:15] -ubottu:#ubuntu-devel- Bug 2004676 in openvpn (Ubuntu Jammy) "MRE Updates 2.5.9 / 2.4.12" [Undecided, In Progress] https://launchpad.net/bugs/2004676 [19:17] rbasak: I'll get back to you on that later, finishing a score card now, and we have the sru team meeting later [19:18] I recall doing a pkcs#11 based test run, but it was a bit indirect, not using the engine directly. I couldn't find a way to use the engine directly, it was always through another module outside of openvpn [19:25] I don't mean to imply that this must be done - it's just that this is where the conversation in the bug seemed to be leading, and now I'm unsure of the plan. [19:26] rbasak: I understand. I want to get the context again [19:26] maybe I was meant to provide that test and forgot it [19:26] or it was too difficult and I was meant to comment to that regard [19:26] I'll add a comment to the bug after I get this context again [19:26] thanks for checking [21:11] :q [21:51] philroche: hi, the livecd-rootfs rejects, were basically about the .changes file, there were multiple uploads in the unapproved queue. Also the SRU template was missing in two of the referenced bugs [21:51] we can talk tomorrow, I'll take a look in my morning again, since I couldn't spend much time on SRUs in my shift today due to meetings [22:01] @pilot in === ChanServ changed the topic of #ubuntu-devel to: Archive: open | Devel of Ubuntu (not support) | Build failures: http://qa.ubuntuwire.com/ftbfs/ | #ubuntu for support and discussion of Focal-Mantic | Patch Pilots: sergiodj, jbicha [22:03] @pilot out === ChanServ changed the topic of #ubuntu-devel to: Archive: open | Devel of Ubuntu (not support) | Build failures: http://qa.ubuntuwire.com/ftbfs/ | #ubuntu for support and discussion of Focal-Mantic | Patch Pilots: jbicha [22:03] I'll do my shift tomorrow, after Andreas' [23:58] @pilot out === ChanServ changed the topic of #ubuntu-devel to: Archive: open | Devel of Ubuntu (not support) | Build failures: http://qa.ubuntuwire.com/ftbfs/ | #ubuntu for support and discussion of Focal-Mantic | Patch Pilots: N/A
