RjGis there a suggestions box for features that would be nice to have as a tool or feature in the installer or upgrader?01:50
geniiThe traditional way would be submitting a bug report against the installer package with a description or title like "feature request" and then describe in the feature request the tools or features desired02:14

pickanickKubuntu 2204: How to check that "Unattended upgrades" is active? apt upgrade reports "Canonical released microcode updates for both Intel (CVE-2022-40982) and AMD (CVE-2023-20593). ‘Unattended upgrades’ provide security updates by default. Ensure it remains enabled to always get all updates as they become available."11:50

pickanickIn general how can one tell whether advertised microcode updates have been received or applied?11:53
pickanickI have found https://ubuntu.com/security/CVE-2022-40982  so that provides some information several steps away from an answer11:56

user|84hello19:14
user|84I'm having some issues with bluetooth on 22.04 LTS. My bluetooth chip is confirmed working under linux mint, kernel 5.15, with a fix that I found, but the same fix doesn't work for kubuntu 22.04, im assuming because it has a newer kernel. I found a diff patch, but can't figure out how to apply it19:15
