[15:13] <lubot> [telegram] <Rodrigo> I have 2 screens (my laptop + external monitor). Each screen has custom panels: my laptop has 2 panels (top + bottom) and the external monitor has its own panel with the task manager.
[15:13] <lubot> [telegram] <Rodrigo> My logic dictates: each panel belongs to a given screen. Therefore if that screen is not present, the panel should also NOT show up.
