[00:19] [telegram] arraybolt3: Thank you! [13:17] [telegram] arraybolt3: I know you're on your weekly sabbatical, but I'm pleased to tell you that not only did LoB review and sponsor your upload, it got through Debian NEW _while I was sleeping_ [13:17] [telegram] That's like, almost unheard of :) [13:18] [telegram] Great work [15:15] Hello, i just have discovered in my arch lxqt setup that bluez (or blueman itself) started to show the battery percentage whenever i connect to my Bluetooth headset. Now i also have, in the 'connected' lxqt notification, the % of battery remaining on the device. I tell you this because this may seem useful for bluetooth users, and since thereis a lubuntu release soon, you may consider adding a the ¿last? version of the bluez/blueman package [15:15] in the repositories. You can see those in action in the 2 following pictures(lxqt notification and blueman-manager) http://0x0.st/H60W.jpg http://0x0.st/H604.jpg . I hope you have a good weekend! [15:18] That looks nice. Thanks for the heads-up LimeOn [15:18] [telegram] LimeOn: Oooh. I just sponsored the latest release of bluez for the Desktop Team in the last few days. Will need one more iteration on packaging then it should land [15:18] [telegram] As for the GUI, thanks for piquing my curiosity, I'll look [15:22] [telegram] The GUI is up to date. Looks like bluez landing is the thing that may do this [15:23] [telegram] I've actually wondered about that feature personally, so seriously, *thank you* LimeOn :) [15:23] oh, that makes it easier, then its 'bluez 5.71-3' the one which ships the new function [15:24] [telegram] Very much on the same page :) [15:24] No worries! I just have discovered it, its really useful, but i am not sure about the accuracy of the measure, i will test it a bit and see what happens, but its a big advancement [15:25] Coolest part is that it seems to be integrated with lxqt itself, not need to open the program to see the percentage ^^ [15:29] [telegram] <3 [17:10] [telegram] arraybolt3: update notifier> https://www.reddit.com/r/Ubuntu/s/jDRk262BaS [19:37] [telegram] I stay away from r/ubuntu. Toxic af. [19:37] [telegram] j/s === guiverc2 is now known as guiverc [22:10] [telegram] heh :)
