[22:41] <sem> On my desktop computer
[22:42] <sem> It's more likely that I need to recover the data than it is that I'd need the security
[22:47] <sem> Question: I am trying to help report bugs in lubuntu+1. When I boot up, sometimes I get to desktop, but sometimes I get a graphics glitch and I cannot use anything. I'm not sure what package to report the bug: the Linux kernel (for the graphics driver?)
[22:55] <arraybolt3> That would probably be good, unless it's an NVIDIA system in which case xserver-xorg-video-nouveau would probably be the right package.
[22:55] <arraybolt3> (I think - I may have spelled it wrong but you probably know what package I'm trying to reference)
[23:19] <sem> Ok it is nvidia
[23:21] <sem> In 20.04 it uses a proprietary driver from the nvidia pps because it does not find any drivers to install in the system settings
