[16:03] <Firefly37> good morning, I been using Linux mint for a year and then switch to Ubuntu LTS to try, ran it about 10 days before I had an issue that made it unusable, I searched forum and tried what I could there, but non of it solved issue. Figured I try here before giving up.    so one day my display resolution changed to 360x480 real hard to work with and
[16:03] <Firefly37> can not change it, says "display unknown" also noticed the wifi was dongle was not visible.    I did not see any way to reinstall without losing my data, only thing I was able to do is do an install to new partition to boot to, which worked, so my hardware is fine but some how my first Ubuntu broke.
