[16:13] <TomyWork> it was 17:08:30. I added an entry to korganizer for 17:19, with a reminder 10 minutes before the start. it didn't pop up at 17:09. now it's 17:13 and 2 minutes ago, I added a reminder at 5 minutes before the start.
[16:14] <TomyWork> it's 17:14 now and it didn't pop up. so it's probably broken. is that a known issue?

[16:17] <TomyWork> I also had some trouble adding 2 ical sources to korganizer (one local, one https, both read-only with file monitoring). I basically had to restart akonadi to make it work, otherwise the calendar wouldn't show up
[16:17] <TomyWork> so maybe that plays into it as well
[16:18] <TomyWork> and "work" is a stretch, because I'm essentially seeing each calendar twice: once as the name I assigned and once as akonadi_ical_resource_6/7
[16:19] <TomyWork> the test I initially mentioned was done with the "Personal Calendar" though, but it's repeatable with one of the ical sources (which is how I initially discovered it)
[16:29] <TomyWork> ok, turns out the "korganizer reminder daemon" icon has a right-click menu in which I can enable reminders and that option is *only* there and nowhere else (like in korganizer)
