sgmoore | santa_: well, I admit I am a bit rusty. The debian merges are removing those files ( our tooling for debian merges dies a horrible death so I am doing them the way I remember how with MOM. I will add them back. As for the multiple release commits... do-all uploadsource -t ubuntu uploaded a bunch of ~ppa source changes to archive... and while reuploading proper versions I am having issues with rejections due to the .asc file not being included | 07:15 |

sgmoore | in the upload. Again, I am a bit rusty and my work will get to be cleaner as I get this stuff figured out. Thanks for your patience. | 07:15 |

BluesKaj | Hi all | 14:23 |
RikMills | sgmoore: I would suggest always using dput directly so and let it tab autocomplete the changes file so you see what is about to upload | 14:28 |
RikMills | also you can adjust the upload area in ~/kubuntu-automation.conf if you are doing mass uploads | 14:29 |
sgmoore | RikMills: yes, I am doing that now for archive uploads.. | 14:29 |
sgmoore | what a mess | 14:30 |
RikMills | i.e. when I do a frameworks upload I prepare the upload wil do-all setting the upload area to ../../../upload-fw-5.115.0 | 14:30 |
RikMills | then all file end up in a clear upload folder I can go into and do dput ubuntu *.changes | 14:31 |
sgmoore | oh nice, thanks for the tip! | 14:31 |
RikMills | sgmoore: yes, but there is no really any harm done. just looks a bit messy. no worries | 14:32 |
RikMills | yeah, just don't forget to change that back in the conf after. otherwise single uploads end in wierd folders | 14:33 |
sgmoore | thanks, I am getting it all back into the groove, a few bumps along that way. I will be a master again in no time. I hope haha | 14:33 |
sgmoore | okay | 14:33 |
RikMills | sgmoore: I have great confidence you will :) | 14:34 |
RikMills | you have done a great job in Neon/Debian since you were last here | 14:34 |
sgmoore | I still have 2 apps ( apparmor bug fixes ) that absolutely refuse to upload the .asc file and as a result get rejected ( archive ) funny thing is the ppa file uploaded to archive just fine. ugh. | 14:35 |
sgmoore | thanks :) | 14:35 |
RikMills | what apps? | 14:35 |
sgmoore | kontact and ... sec let me look, brain is occupied with debian merges atm. | 14:35 |
sgmoore | oh maybe thats it, I got the others to go through after multiple "release to archives", which is messy, but I was tired and it worked. | 14:37 |
RikMills | sgmoore: so you can upload? | 14:38 |
RikMills | if not I can try | 14:38 |
sgmoore | not kontact, I gave up. If you could try that would be great :) | 14:39 |
RikMills | sgmoore: also "Add apparmor profile to fix userns. Ref: LP:2046844" | 14:39 |
-ubottu:#kubuntu-devel- Launchpad bug 2046844 in angelfish (Ubuntu) "AppArmor user namespace creation restrictions cause many applications to crash with SIGTRAP" [Critical, In Progress] https://launchpad.net/bugs/2046844 | 14:39 | |
RikMills | should be "Add apparmor profile to fix userns. Ref: LP: #2046844" | 14:39 |
RikMills | note the space and the hash | 14:40 |
RikMills | LP picks that up better as a bugfix that way | 14:40 |
arraybolt3 | BTRFS+LUKS support is working | 17:50 |
arraybolt3 | just tested a patch, uploading it now. | 17:50 |
arraybolt3 | and uploaded. | 17:54 |
arraybolt3 | sgmoore: I got patches to debian-cd and casper made today, which should get us firmly on the Calamares bandwagon. Once those are merged and kubuntu-installer-prompt gets through NEW, we can stop seeding Ubiquity. | 20:08 |
valorie | \o/ | 20:23 |
valorie | wonderful to see you two working together | 20:24 |
valorie | and RikMills | 20:24 |
valorie | <3 | 20:24 |
