[01:24] <kenyon> finally figured out the root cause of my problems with using apt-mirror against ddebs.ubuntu.com. turns out that ddebs.ubuntu.com is severely rate-limiting requests, so most of the wget requests are failing with HTTP code 429, Too Many Requests. I'll move to #ubuntu-devel since hloeung noted that they are the service owners, but wanted to get closure on my messages here last week.
