After updating to Linux 5.4.0-173 I started getting a intermittant "Reboot and Select proper Boot device ..." error.  Did 173 bring back this old bug?  
[20:25] <whiteda> I made GRUB_TIMEOUT_STYLE=menu and GRUB_TIMEOUT=10.  Now I seem to be getting the menu consistently and can load Lubuntu, but I shouldn't have to do that.
