pdan | Hello, I have found a bug (or lacking functionality?) in ubuntu-24.04-desktop-amd64.iso initrd: it does not call cloud-initramfs-dyn-netconf, therefore fails to download the installation iso from network (via url= kernel argument). ubuntu-24.04-live-server-amd64.iso initrd calls cloud-initramfs-dyn-netconf from main/scripts/init-premount/ORDER | 05:49 |

pdan | Should I report it? If yes, where? | 05:50 |

arif-ali | I have been monitoring LP #2061217, I was wondering if would also consider MIR for python3-boto3 for older series, such as mantic, jammy and focal? We would love to be able to have it in Depends for the sosreport project so that users have the option to upload to S3 | 09:49 |

jbicha | arif-ali: yes, packages are sometimes promoted to main in stable releases after a MIR has been granted. You should talk to the owning team (Server) about whether they want to request that | 11:44 |
jbicha | packages often need changs to be eligible for main (dropping some universe dependencies, adding autopkgtests). If those changes were necessary for this package, those changes may need to be SRU'd before promotion to main is allowed | 11:45 |
arif-ali | jbicha: ack, thanks for that info | 11:48 |

Trevinho_ | mitya57: yes... On bug 2059819 I fixed a problem in the extension causing the double click to happen but, it's not fixing the root issue, since that's a Qt bug that we can't handle at our level... Qt just doesn't change mode once it started with a legacy tray icon (or none in Wayland) | 18:00 |

mitya57 | Trevinho_: but why it starts with a legacy icon? Or it's auto-started application and we have race condition? | 18:03 |
