I just replied with the results for my ARMv8.0 tests, sorry it took a while because I had to re-do the whole setup in a new region. I'll dig around to see if I can find some stats on how prevalent the usage of ARMv8.0 instances are as opposed to ARMv8.1, but I think this data might be a little hard to gather due to user privacy
