[12:44] <Elliria> Ah, sorry about that. Maybe what you're looking for is in System Settings and then scroll down to the Startup and Shutdown section (near the top).
[12:44] <Elliria> And then check the Desktop Session section.
[12:45] <Elliria> I'm pretty sure that "Restore previous saved session" is enabled by default in Kubuntu and I always find that incredibly annoying, especially when something goes wrong, so one of the first things I do when I install Kubuntu is to go into there and change that to: "Start with an empty session".

[12:54] <Elliria> If you click around on the drop-down menus in that tab, you'll see sleep mentioned.
[13:05] <kirvesAxe> This is not about how to activate saleep, there are plenty of things about that... it is about how to prevent waking up from sleep unless intended (=lid opened, or power button pressed, or if power level requires abandoningg sleep for hibernate)
