[12:33] Those settings are in System Settings and then scroll down to the Power Management section. [12:35] No, they are not. [12:35] There are no settings in there that allow or deny different methods of waking from sleep. [12:37] currently, also mouse or keyboard activity might wake from sleep and that is unacceptable. [12:44] Ah, sorry about that. Maybe what you're looking for is in System Settings and then scroll down to the Startup and Shutdown section (near the top). [12:44] And then check the Desktop Session section. [12:45] I'm pretty sure that "Restore previous saved session" is enabled by default in Kubuntu and I always find that incredibly annoying, especially when something goes wrong, so one of the first things I do when I install Kubuntu is to go into there and change that to: "Start with an empty session". [12:49] Uhh, I see nothing in that section related to what makes sleep session end :) [12:53] That's in Power Management in the Energy Saving tab. [12:54] If you click around on the drop-down menus in that tab, you'll see sleep mentioned. [13:05] This is not about how to activate saleep, there are plenty of things about that... it is about how to prevent waking up from sleep unless intended (=lid opened, or power button pressed, or if power level requires abandoningg sleep for hibernate) [13:06] Does the "Button events handling" option on the "Energy Saving" tab help with that? [13:07] I'm sorry I can't be of more help. I don't use sleep. === VanUnamed_ is now known as VanUnamed === Lord_of_Life_ is now known as Lord_of_Life === unclea is now known as JHMjustwokeup [23:09] hi [23:10] I have a Logitech web cam attached via USB. Trying to use it from Discord on my Firefox instance; I've given it permission to access my microphone and camera. Mic access works. Camera doesn't show anything. How can I diagnose the issue? [23:31] Try installing kamoso or other apps that use the camera (zoom or teams should also work). [23:42] oi
