[08:54] hello, would it be appropriate to mark #2063110 noble as "high-impact", seeing how it completely crashes for anyone using a session dir ( which i believe is quite common usecase) ? [08:55] from the SRU wiki page it says "Any regression must always be documented in a bug report, which must be Importance: critical once the regression has been confirmed. " [09:19] Amoz: that text refers to an *SRU* that caused a regression. I don't think that's the case here? [09:21] ah, in that case, nvm [09:21] then i'll just proceed with proposing a SRU and see what sponsors says [09:21] Amoz: if the bug means that the package is basically unusable in a common use case, then I agree that Importance: High is appropriate, but it doesn't actually say that anywhere in the bug. If you comment accordingly, I'll set the bug to High for you. [09:22] However, that doesn't really have any effect. It's only High relative to the package itself. [09:26] rbasak, i'll add the SRU bug template, that should hopefully help any outsiders understand how vital it is. I believe most of the "regular" users have a session dir, so basically once they upgrade to 24.04.1 they will get a guaranteed unusable application. [10:12] Amoz: thank you for working on it! === sudip_ is now known as sudip
