[16:20] <rbasak> Elliria: bug trackers are useful to 1) find other people affected, and coordinate a fix or workarounds, hopefully because a developer is amongst those affected; or 2) make the product better as a whole by identifying the bugs that affect many people. Unfortunately it's normal for bugs to languish otherwise, regardless of where they are filed.
