[23:24] <sarnold> I understand launchpad isn't as responsive as it used to be, but an hour feels like a while. one common cause for not getting an email is that the signature, if any, on the uploaded package doesn't match what's expected for the destination

[23:38] <sarnold> as I understand it, the upload happens in a separate phase: upload, then signature check, then try to build it, then try to publish it; if the build or publish steps fail, you should get an email if the signature was valid. if the signature wasn't valid, or the wrong key, then you wouldn't get an email and the later stages won't be run
