Old wiki stated that the package is tested prior to uploading according to the test plan. New one just states that the patch should be formatted correctly. Just wanted to confirm that the testing requirement is dropped. [22:01] They left, but "Old wiki stated that the package is tested prior to uploading according to the test plan" -> I didn't think that was ever a requirement or was ever documented as such? https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates?action=recall&rev=389 is the old wiki. [22:01] Is there some corner of the documentation where that was implied, that I'm missing? [22:04] rbasak: I think it had something along the lines that submitter must ensure that the package/fix is working properly [22:05] vladimirp: I would expect you to have tested your own upload yourself before uploading, but it's not formally an SRU process requirement, since if there's a problem it should be detected at SRU verification time after the package hits -proposed, and therefore not got released. [22:05] rbasak: ack
