Does that mean the embedded firmware isn't allowing the OS to read the hardware or jusst the user? === jmc is now known as messewix [02:23] hey [02:23] thanks for the help ealryer [02:23] i got it figured out [02:26] i had to remove the images in the grub menu when i boot the pc === jcea1 is now known as jcea [13:02] Hi all [14:23] Which windows compatibility layer do you guys use? I need to edit some video [14:23] And use corel pinnacle [14:23] And Kdenlive doesn't do some stuff I need [14:58] Haven't tried using compatibility layers with video or image editors but davinci resolve runs on linux natively and the free version is said to be fairly good. So it could be a valid alternative to kdenlive [15:05] Thx for reply! I didn't think of resolve since it's complicated, but if it runs natively on linux that's a gamechanger! [15:08] Can resolve do lower thirds and titles? [15:09] (With the free version) [15:11] i think kdenlive should be able to do those and I don't see why those wouldn't be features of resolve [15:12] features included in the free version that is [15:12] I've understood that the major limitations of free resolve are not being able to grade 10 or higher bit depth video and not having access to some AI tools resolve has [15:15] Yeah think ill use kdenlive [15:16] Just wish this came packed with templates like corel === henryw is now known as archilux === Lord_of_Life_ is now known as Lord_of_Life === cenusareasa is now known as isabella31
