I'm using the Breeze global theme with a locale settings of LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, I'd like to set my system so by default it displays 12 rather than 25 hour format, everywhere (including the default lock screen). Anyone know how i might do that ?

[20:46] <snik> hmm, i get Failed to install package Failed to obtain authentication. when trying to change languge, i suspect maybe my kde install is the issue
[20:48] <snik> i've googled it, tried changing some of the plasma breeze QtTime settings in the config files, but haven't had much success, so far
[20:49] <snik> someone suggested creating a custom locale setting
