themilltsimonq2: Can I ask about your work on pyside6? You seem to be putting energy into the package which is great.... can I convince you to do so in Debian rather than only in Ubuntu? I keep bashing my head against the package to find that you've already solved problems elsewhere and not upstreamed them. I'd very much welcome other people helping (even taking over!) the package.01:34
tsimonq2themill: It's funny you say that, because I'm very much not confident in my recent fixes, and that's the reason they've been Ubuntu-only. :D02:49
tsimonq2themill: If you could upstream things one more time and give it a thorough second look, I'd be happy to be added as a co-maintainer in Debian, sync to Ubuntu, and do everything in Debian in the future :)02:49
tsimonq2In fact, I'd say my most recent pyside6 uploads to Ubuntu are hacks that need to be reverted...02:50
themilltsimonq2: Yeah, a bit of a hack :) but figuring out which bit of that completely nuts build system is going wrong is an effort in itself05:33
LocutusOfBorgdoko, ubuntu-archive, if you want ocaml to migrate better to kick out coq and revert to previous version, otherwise I schedule another round of NCRs...18:43
dokoLocutusOfBorg: please just do the no change uploads19:28
* tsimonq2 sends p11-kit to plucky-proposed and adrien to Matrix :D20:18
dokoLocutusOfBorg: coq/level2 uploaded20:31
dviererbetsimonq2: I noticed you removed the rls-pp-incoming tag from lp: #2098769 and set it to invalid. This tag is used to flag issues for discussion in the Foundations team meeting, and it's not meant to be removed unless the team decides it's no longer needed. Please leave it in place next time unless you are directly involved in that process. Thanks!21:57
-ubottu:#ubuntu-devel- Launchpad bug 2098769 in nghttp3 (Ubuntu) "[MIR] nghttp3" [Undecided, Invalid] https://launchpad.net/bugs/209876921:57
tsimonq2dviererbe: I actually completely superseded that bug.22:07
tsimonq2dviererbe: So yeah, I'm the curl uploader, and I filed this, which I've now added rls-pp-incoming to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nghttp3/+bug/209879722:09
-ubottu:#ubuntu-devel- Launchpad bug 2098797 in nghttp3 (Ubuntu) "[MIR] nghttp3" [Undecided, New]22:09
dviererbetsimonq2: I totally appreciate that you filled out the MIR bug. Nevertheless, you removed the tag rls-pp-incoming tag which is important to highlight this issue for the next Foundations meeting, without asking anyone. You wrote in the MIR bug "I'm not sure which team would like to own this Canonical-side". Well... foundations would be the owning team. That's why this needs further discussion.22:12
dviererbeAlso linking the new issue if you superseed it would be nice22:12
