[12:03] last request for sponsorship on IRC for me 😎: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jammy/+source/libapache2-mod-python/+bug/2100590 [12:29] is there still a chance to ask for syncing some packages from debian sid to ubuntu plucky? === pushkarnk1 is now known as pushkarnk [13:04] tarzeau: yes, it's recommended to use the requestsync command from ubuntu-dev-tools . [17:06] * sudip will also be interested to know about that, usually I make a vm to test. but having some infra to test will be useful. [17:28] pleia2 sudip I'll ask around and let you guys know if I dig anything up :) [17:29] juliaphoebe: thank you :) (I also asked over in the Matrix chat, I'll report back if I hear anything from that too) [17:30] thanks juliaphoebe [17:52] just heard from cjwatson over there: restricted architecture on Launchpad (as far as I know there are currently no restricted architectures, in fact), so they should just be able to build the snap on LP. You'd just need to select "Edit snap package" on its recipe page in LP first and check s390x under "Processors". [17:54] oops, first bit cut off "s390x isn't a restricted architecture" [17:54] (IIRC it's not exactly well-documented, sorry. If the repository is already on LP, then it should have a "Create snap package" option on it somewhere to create a recipe. If not, then it's still possible, but one has to use the API.) [17:55] it's on gitlab right now [17:57] https://launchpad.net/+apidoc/devel.html#snaps-new can create a recipe pointing to a repository on GitLab. Most easily invoked via the "lp-shell" program in the lptools package - lp.snaps.new(...)
