I just purchased a AMD RX 9070XT and it is clear that I have to upgrade to the latest kernel 6.13.5. It looks like I can use something called the mainline to upgrade my kernal to the latest or I can just get off of LTS and move to the latest Kubuntu THEN upgrade the
