After that I have opened LTS installer and installed full ubuntu on my second usb drive by creating two partitions, one of it as root partiton(the major one) and the second one is the swap partition.

At there I was able to see my second usb, so I have booted my full ubuntu from there. I did my all jobs in full ubuntu and then I have switched to windows. Howewer when I come to the boot menu
