| Dr-007 | hey guys. yesterday my (autistic) sister came over to eat. i asked her to bring dvds of disney movies so we could watch those. she also braught her ipad which has disney plus. it can airstream videos to listenening devices/applications. so i installed uxplay on the pc that's connected to my TV which can recieve the airplay stream of an ipad. i could hear the audio on my tv but the video isn't showing up. on uxplay's github it tells me i should maybe use a | 17:00 |
| Dr-007 | different videosink. i tried a few but it doesn't work. but i remembered having the same problem with VLC and VNC. with those 2 i had to define the window the video was outputted to by using the command `export DISPLAY=:0`. this didn't fix the problem either.. i am a little out of options. the whole export DISPLAY 0 part (i believe) was needed because on my ubuntu linux i disabled wayland. their github also talks about this but i have failed to master my | 17:00 |
